We don’t have a talented Figma/XD website designer yet in our team (get in touch if you’re one of them). We won’t be able to help you with the website design service as of now.

The payment cycle is either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and remaining 50% before project delivery.

You can buy our 10 or 20 hours package to begin with but we don’t recommend continuing with them forever. Once you are impressed with our work, you can hire us on a retainer model which we can discuss over a quick zoom call.

We don’t have an old-hard team hierarchy where you get to know just the salesperson and project manager while the rest of the team is under the hood and usually not-well-skilled. If you want to meet all of us, we can get our whole team on call during the onboarding process itself so you can see what you’re paying for.

Once we’re past the first 2 days after signing up on a package, we won’t be able to cancel the retainer or refund the money. If this is the case, you’ll always have the option to cancel the renewal on the next term.
